        Added NBOXES and CLBOX to both tasks (CLBOX can be set by
        TVBOX making it preferable to BOX and CCBOX).  Also
        added DOINVERS to ISPEC.  Fixed the bottom label to try
        within reason to describe the areas used.  If NBOXES is
        zero, then BLC and TRC set the X and Y window, otherwise
        CLBOX prevails.  CLBOX can have circular boxes as well as
        rectangular.
