CHANGE.DOC entries:

15583. November 24, 2020 Service programs Eric
NEW TASK: CDFIX is a new stand-alone program designed to
fix broken catalog headers in which the 2nd record (extra
keywords) has been damaged. It displays that 2nd record
and asks the user if it should be replaced with zeros.
DDBGR - changed to allow inputs in 2 forms, the old
actual file name (e.g. DA01:CBD006001.010;) or in the
aips parts (e.g. CB, then 36 1 6). Also improved the
output format to include double precision values every
        other word.
        Moved nowhere.

15584. November 24, 2020 VLBARUN Eric
Discovered the hard way that OUTFILE cannot be more than 35
characters including the trailing /. Fixed the help file.
        Moved nowhere.

15585. November
