[daip] VLBARUN failure at PCCOR task

Thanks a lot, Eric. That did the trick. However, it worked only when I 
set DOPLOTS=1. If I tried to create numerous plots with the option 2 it 
falters at the task SNPLT that comes after the second run of CLCAL as it 
searches for table 11 when only 4 exists.
