The critical message is the Shared memory id failure. Mac OS limits the
size of shared memory, You need to edit the file /etc/sysctl.conf. You
might already have one so copy it to your work directory and edit it.
Usually you do not have one and so you should just create it in your
work area and after it is ready "sudo sp sysctl.conf /etc".
Instructions on the contents may be found in the AIPS Manager FAQ page
(www.aips.nrao.edu/aipsmgr/index.html). You will have to reboot after
putting the file in /etc. You can test if it worked with"sysctl kern.sysv"
