        Changed the PostScript version to get rid of 4 lines that
        contain $Id:.  These cause cvs to update the file daily and
        ship it all over!
        Moved nowhere.

15470.  March 12, 2020           EXTLIST             Eric
        Changed AU2A (PLGET) and AU8A (EXTLIST) to support tasks:
        CONPL, PRTAN, BLSUM, ELFIT, SNFIT, PANEL, PCHIS.  Changed
        all to use their new plot numbers.
        Also GINIT to ducument the new task numbers.
        Additional changes:
        CONPL   Drop unused adverb USERID form Fortran and help.
        PRTAN   Changed to count "OUT" antennas separately when plotting,
                changed to offer the option of plot symbols without
                numbers.  Adverb defaults filled in before plot file
                creation.  Help changed for SYMBOL.
        BLSUM   Changed to plot and print the intensity weighted centroid
                and number of pixels
        SNFIT   Corrected the number of adverb words.
        PANEL   Put defaults back into adverb values and set XDOPLOT to
                the current plot type.
        PCHIS   Changed the meaning of the adverbs (APARM(1) and (2) were
                overriden by the task) and changed the task to fill in
                the values used including for EXTLIST the average and rms.
        Moved nowhere.
