        In order to count vis over subarrays when SUBARRAY=0,
        these tasks turned off DOCAL, DOBAND, and DOPOL.  But
        this meant that these actions would not be counted or
        tested in DGHEAD and so not appear in the output
        header.  So, erroneously, I commented out the lines
        turning off the cal adverbs.  This then caused
        SUBARRAY=0 to fail.  Restored the turning off and
        added the code from DGHEAD to make the headers come
        out ok.
        Moved nowhere - this is a 31DEC20 bug.
