        Changed it to allow different antenna numbers in the different
        data sets to go together.  Also allowed all antennas in one
        subscript to have the same color with color changing with the
        subscript in ANTENNAS.  Corrected to deal with antennas not
        having any valid data.

15505.  June 18, 2020           fix_aips_macos               Eric
        New name for fix_aips_elcap since the issue it corrects affects
        all Mac OS >= 10.11.  Changed install.pl.

15506.  June 18, 2020                TARPL                   Eric
        Changed it to use 1.0 for all RPARM if both RPARM and VPARM
        are completely 0.  Otherwise no data are plotted on this
        easy user error.  Fixed typo in help and added rparm default.
        Moved nowhere.

15507.  June 18, 2020               CLCOR                    Eric
        CLCOR in EOPS mode was able to recognize that all groups
        are identical.  But it used the total number of CT table
        records rather than just the number in the first (real)
        group.  That ended up with spline failures and perhaps
        aborts.
        Moved to 31DEC19 tomorrow.
