I think I know what is confusing CLCOR.  The CT table has 96 rows in it, 6 for each input data set.  Each set is identical except for the time range.  I am going to try to get a corrected CT table (I was hoping VLBAFIX would do this but sadly no) and then try the eop.  CLCOR is messy in an attempt to handle concatenated data sets with multiple days between them.  It is confusing that with what it is seeing here.
