The POPS compiler recognizes SOURCE as an array of 30 16-character values.  So the INNAME= and the DATAOUT
statements are trying to concatenate everything together.  Create a new variable e.f. STRING*16 MYSOURCE and use it
in your procedure.  It should work so long as the source name is never more than 12 characters,
