        NEW VERB: Interactive coloring with only 2 colors increasing
        away from a central intensity.  Cursor controls "central"
        and gamma.  Buttons switch through all 6 color combinations.
        Added verb to POPSDAT.HLP and NEWPARMS.001.  Changed AU6A
        to do the verb which calls new routines TV2COL and COLOR2.
        Also new help file.
        Moved nowhere.
