        Changed:
        1. Bug in application when Tant < 0 (never happens these days)
           used an incorrect subscript.
        2. Code to find 10th lowest Tsys found the lowest instead.
           Fixed the algorithm (loop had to go backwards and then
           had to branch out).
        3. Changed the code to append new solutions to a pre-existing
           SN table rather than deleting same and writing it anew.
        4. Final error message about the lack of source table fluxes
        Changed the help to discuss the assumption of Trx and Optical
        depth being independent of IF and to describe the new usage
        of pre-existing SN tables.  The latter will ease the use of
        APCAL one IF at a time.  A comment about source fluxes was
        also added to the help file.  Issues of the quality of fits
        for Trx amd Optical depth have not been addressed.

        The warning about lost data was strengthened because omitted
        solutions in the SN tables can cause loss of CL table entries.
        Cannot test for adverb values in those tasks.
