31DEC19 has been in use for 1.25 years and has not shown any issues such as
you describe in the hands of many users.  Something has gone wrong with your
data set.  It smells like the frequencies are messed up by a factor of ~200.
Two tests that will help - run UVPLT to your TV with BPARM=0.  What is the longest
baseline? LISTR with OPTYPE='SCAN' will show you all the frequencies.  Are
they what they should be?
