        The CALRD change on Jan 17 caused pipeaips to break; fixed.
	Also took the opportunity to distinguish between IMGTYPE of
	SIMP versus CONT, the former generating the continuum using
	the subband averaged data, the latter using the line and
	averaging on the fly (more accurate but also slower).
        Moved nowhere.
