        Created new file $AIPSTARS/EVLA.ant.2020 from the web
        file maintained during 2020 and made a dummy VLA.ant.2021
        file.  The former contains antennalocation corrections
        by date and station.  The latter defends VLANT when used
        on old VLA data.
