        Added DPARM(8) option for when plotting amplitudes.  If set
        the task finds the peak and the first sidelobe on each side
        (fitting a parabola to the 3 maxima).  The values are
        printed and plotted.  The ratio of the sidelobe on the
        positive L or M side to that on the negative side in db is
        printed and plotted.  All these for each polarization.
