Both PRTUV and UVPRT offer the DPARM(2) option to tell the task to scale the weights.If the weights are so very tiny it suggests that the data are VLBI data without the changes I made in September 2018 to have FITLD produce more sensible input weights.  I believe that the DPARM(2) option should work for you.Eric Greisen
