        to use calibration adverbs.  Changed it to skip the overall
        summary pass through the data when it was not requested.
        Changed it to figure what scan each visibility is in from
        the index table and to print those selected scan summaries
        only.  The use of the flag table is most important, but
        source selection is also useful.
        Moved nowhere.
