        and VLANT.
        Numerous places assumed that the data (uv or table) were in
        time order, including places where that is not enforced.
        Changed ELINT (incl to check on source change), plus FARAD,
        LISTR, UVFIX, CVLDOP, PCVEL, ANBPL, APCAL, ELFIT,SNFIT, SNPLT.
        Moved nowhere.
