[daip] DISKU diagnostics

Eric -   very strange!   If i have a short CRT window, output of DISKU 
looks fine.  If I have a long CRT window, output of DISKU looks fine.  
BUT, if I'm in the middle spacing through  DISKU output, and I decide I 
want a longer window, that's when the headers disappear.  See examples 
below.  I do NOT believe this is worth trying to diagnose and fix, just 
an interesting curiosity.  Thx.  lr
