        Changed ABOUT files because of the removal of the obsolescent
        procs and tasks.  Changed were ADVERB GENERAL HARDCOPY
        OBSOLETE POLARIZA PROCEDUR RUN VLBI.
        Updated the CookBook chapter 13 for these including
        COOKBOOK.PDF and the html version available from the web.
