                  menu when OVERLAP 2 switched to OVERLAP 1.

        FILIT did not test that the input files are MA rather than UV.
        The roam function in TVUTIL.FOR started with image plane 2
        rather than the 1 assumed by TVROAM.  This caused the LUT of
        one of the planes not to update properly.  Corrected the
        passing of the image planes used to include all of them.
        Moved nowhere.
