        The routine finding spectrtal index for standard sources used
        the low-frequency source list rather than the correct one for
        data after 2014.  3C138 was not recognized and 3C196, 3C380,
        and 3C295 were recognized but given incorrect parameters.
        Also same fix in CPASS.
        Moved bug fix only to 31DEC18 this date.
