15294.  January 30, 2019       models                   Eric
        ALGMEM when asked to compute a model simply zeroed the
        data record except for weights.  This is not good when only
        some of the Stokes are being modeled and when the model
        depends on frequency so that only certain channels are being
        done at the time.  Fixed the zeroing to do only what is
        needed.  VISDFT does not seem to work however.
        Moved nowhere as yet.
