Hi Eric

When writing out a spectrum with possm, the sign is not retained in 
the case of negative zero declination (has been in there for ages):

LISTR (and eg SU table, all within AIPS show the negative Dec)
ad3a-13784      : 0000         18:50:43.3205 -00:19:32.707    8100

when writing the spectrum, the abs coords are okay but no neg sign:
