That bug was fixed in CLCOR on April 24.  If the version of AIPS 31DEC19 
is more recent than that, then the issue you are finding is something 
else.  Check the date on files e.g. $TST/HIST/CHANGE.DOC or 
$TST/APL/PGM/NOTST/CLCOR.FOR.  If they are before April, then run a MNJ 
($HOME/do_daily.<hostname>).
