I tried RSTOR in 31DEC18 with an IN1 image of identically zeros and an IN2 image with a list of CC's; FACTOR = 0; (I wanted to just get an image of where the CC's were).  I got an output image with brightness range from Minimum= 1.00000002E+20 Maximum=-1.00000002E+20 JY/BEAM (note Min is > Max), and pixel values all NaN (I tried BMAJ=BMIN=0, BMAJ=BMIN=-1 and reasonable values for BMAJ,BMIN; same result in all three cases).I ran exactly the same RSTOR in 31DEC16 and it worked as expected, so something seems to have broken between 31DEC16 and 31DEC18.    I don't think there is anything peculiar in the two images, but I can send them if you need.
