[daip] VLBA GC and TY tables ?

 Hi, Eric.  Great news.  I've run FITLD twice so far (once as FITLD, once
as VLBALOAD) with the same outcome both times.  I'll re-request the data
file from the archive and try to load it again.

 FYI, I am using 31DEC17 with the most recent midnight job being last
month.  I'll hang on to my "bad" archive file in case you would like to
investigate it.
