[daip] VLBA GC and TY tables ?

PS - I can't help but notice that my project falls in the danger zone of
Jan 31, 2014 and October 19, 2015 noted in the ANTAB help.  What does that
mean?   Should I use the "legacy" cal file from VOBS that I just found?

I'm also copying Amy explicitly in case daip is obsolete.
