You have a very nice TV screen - way more pixels than I have.The 10 Mbyte shared memory limit we recommend may be toosmall.  Try a larger one e.g. 16777216.  Then re-boot thecomputer and do sysctl kern.sysv to make sure that it has takenyour values.  the 4096, 32, 1 values need to be correct also.My computer is now running High Sierra and has computed theload modules you are using.  It is the lovely display you havethat is the problem (plus Apple thinking that shared memoryshould be limited - Linux stopped that long ago).CheersEric Greisen
