[daip] AIPS on High Sierra - TV

One other little piece of info.  I ran into problems running the elcap 
script so went right to the directory and ran it apparently OK.  But 
then i didn't complete the install.pl wizard, so made the DA00 area by 
hand and set up DATA areas by hand.  probably not relevant, but just in 
case.  thx. lr
