[daip] Not able to install AIPS 31dec18

Respected,
I was trying to install AIPS in my system (ubuntu -18.04) . Even though i
tried to remove errors as much I understood but at last I am not able to
execute INSTEP* so that the whole process in abandoned.
My query is , do 31DEC18 is compatible for Ubuntu 18.04 since compilers are
not matching as per mentioned.
I am try hard for last 1 week but still no reached the result
