The code certainly computes parallactic angles and has a D term subroutine.It does 2nd order D-term corrections unless you ask for linear (LINPOL).I found that DTSIM had support for Nasmyth but did not allow you to specify it.I have changed the help and DTPARM to allow it.  I also changed it to allowboth REF_DATE formats but to output the new one.Eric Greisen
