Hi,I'm trying to run vlbarun and ran into an issue downloading the file: https://gemini.gsfc.nasa.gov/solve_save/usno_finals.erp.  It appears I can't download the file manually either, and when running vlbaeops I am running into the same issue.  Is there a fix or some workaround I can use?
