        NEW TASK: displays image cubes in all 3 transpositions, allows
        rotation of spatial axes.  Included are a help file and a
        real-time help file.  Wrote AIPS Memo 124 to describe the
        operation which is pretty simple.

15265.  November 16, 2018            UVPLT            Eric
        With DOTV false, it creates a plot file in order to build the
        image in memory.  Then it has to re-create the PL file to
        write it out.  This led to an warning message.  Added a line
        to destroy the initial file, which does not contain anything
        useful so that the second create has no issues to report.
        Moved nowhere.
