[daip] Issue with the AIPS tv on the CENTOS 7

The problem appears to be in XAS - after the TrueColor FOUND message 
there should be a message saying

XAS: Cannot use shared memory on remote XAS link
Host name is PILABO, display shows it at LOCALHOST
XAS: !!! Shared memory not selected !!!

You have installed AIPS as if there is only 1 computer and you let it be 
called localhost.  The files in $AIPS_ROOT named LOGIN.CSH and LOGIN.SH 
say LAPTOP="YES".  If there is more than one computer that will work 
with each other, then LAPTOP="NO" is what should be in the LOGIN.* 
files.  This will then require changes to HOSTS.LIST and perhaps 
renaming the data areas.  The DADEVS.LIST files have to have data areas 
containing the host name so that START_AIPS will know which data areas 
to include.

An alternative is to use ~/.Xdefaults to specify that you do not use 
shared memory (see HELP XAS inside AIPS for the details).
