During the installation process, install.pl pauses and instructs you to
use the bash script fix_aips_elcap.sh which is located in several places
especially in your $AIPS_ROOT area. You must run this script under bash
and have sudo privilege. It makes link files in a system area to the
required libraries which AIPS provides. This script became necessary
with El Capitan but remains required for later OS versions.
