[31DEC18 Midnight job yesterday]SNPLT refuses to plot anything for some SN tables - for reasons that escape me, although I thinkit may have to do with -ive row numbers. Also, TABED, OPTY 'COPY'; BCOU 1; ECOU 100*does* copy -ive row numbers, even though I think it shouldn'tI ran TABED w/ opco 'DELE' to flag some table rows in an SN table. SNPLT plots the pr-TABED table just fine, but when I try and plot the post-TABED table it plots nothing (I ran TABED *not* in place, ie. INVER != OUTVER)localh> SNPLT1: polaris 31DEC18 TST: Cpu= 0.0 Real= 2 IO= 1localh> SNPLT1: Task SNPLT (release of 31DEC18) beginslocalh> SNPLT1:localh> SNPLT1: Appears to have ended successfullylocalh> SNPLT1: polaris 31DEC18 TST: Cpu= 0.0 Real= 0Now there *are* rows left to plot, and according to TBOUT there are no differences in the table headers, the only differencebeing that some of the row # have turned -ive in the table after LISTR OPTY='GAIN' printsout values. I'm stumped as to why SNPLT doesn't plot anything. I tried TASRT and TBIN->TBOUT, and SNPLT could plot neither,so whatever "feature" of the SN table causes SNPLT to not plot anything is preserved through those.Whatever goes wrong FITTP/FITLD does seem to fix it - I made a little test TASAV to send you, and when I tried the original version, SNPLT failed, but when I tried it after FITLD'ing it, it worked. A difference hereis that FITTP/FITLD seems to loose the table rows with -ive row numbers that TABED produces. If you FITLD the attached snplt_test.fits file you should get SN1,SN2, both of which plot fine SN1 is the originalSN2 is after TABED. If, however, you use TBIN to read in the sn11.txt file (also attached) to a new SN table (this is the one I passed through TABED; which retains the rows w/ -ive numbers), then it won't plot.I tried to filter out the -ive row # withTABED; OPTY 'COPY'; BCOU 1; ECOU 1648but that did not work, its happy to copy row number -2, and output table had same # of rows as input.
