The option notv turns off the TV and message server - does not affect disks.If you have set LAPTOP="YES" then the "host name" is LOCALHOST and the data areas mentioned in DADEVS.LIST must contain the string LOCALHOST.You could make link files in /u1/AIPS/DATAln -s RGLINUX10_1 LOCALHOST_1etc and then put lines in the /u1/AIPS/DA00/DADEVS.LIST file mentioning LOCALHOST_1and friends.Eric Greisen
