        The DTERM code was simply wrong.  Examining how AIPS
        calibrates polarization I was able to reverse engineer the
        linear method.  I left the 2nd order code as it was but it is
        clearly in error.  Added words to encourage LINPOL.
        Moved to 31DEC18 this date.
