It seems like fedora 24 has broken some link to animportant library for the AIPS program.  Either yourLD_LIBRARY_PATH needs to improve to find lncursesor you need more things loaded.  The failure to find"xterm" is very disturbing.  You seem to have lostseveral essential things...  Consult your systemspeople who may have not done a proper installation.ERic Greisen
