With the test data pair that you provided I found 3 issues:

1. The input NX table times have to be adjusted by any day offset.

2. The start vis record number had to changed from 0 to the end of the 
initial output file.

3. The second data set you provided had a FITS read error (premature 
EOF) which led ther to be 1000's of pure zero records.  They confused 
the NX table routines badly.

After I UVCOPed the last to get rid of the 0's and fixed points 1 and 2 
the NX table now seems okay and to reflect the input table (which has 
very long scans).

Fixed tomorrow after MNJ prep.
