i think I see the issue with exit.  Since disk 1 is for 31DEC17it contains SAVE/GET files including LASTEXIT that are not compatiblewith 31DEC07 AIPS.  I suspect that it will be best to run 31DEC17but access the 31DEC07 data disk.  I have attempted to have olderformats in tables automatically update so perhaps we should be good.  Backward compatibility is very hard to manage!Eric Greisen
