I have raised the single text line limit from 256 to 2560 characters in 
ANTAB and several other KEYIN-using tasks.

I have also raised the limit on the product of the number of times in 
the TY table multiplied by Number of IFs and number of polarizations (2) 
in APCAL from 260000 to 3000000.  This should suffice for 32768 times 
(another limit) for 45 IFs, 2 pols.

The MNJ in 31DEC17 after 10pm MDT tonight should update these parameters.

The bad phases, esp in LL, are however your issue.
