It looks like SETJY is refusing to use the Perley & Butler 2017 scale for low frequency data and it is still forcing to Scaife & Heald even IF you select aparm(2) =0. I get the same flux and spectral index reported for both aparm(2)=-1 and aparm(2)=0 setting in SETJY using 31DEC17 AIPS and 3C48. I confirmed that if I set aparm(2)=1 I get different values.
