[daip] FITLD issue

Hi Eric et al.,

I'm trying to load this u,v FITS file with FITLD into AIPS

http://www.physics.purdue.edu/~mlister/1548+056.u.1995_12_15.uvf

and I'm getting this error with 31DEC17 (also with old AIPS versions)

ITLD2: PARSCD: NUMBER ERROR ON RESTFREQ
FITLD2: ERROR      1 RETURNED FROM UVFHDR
FITLD2: Purports to die of UNNATURAL causes

I don't believe the issue is with the parameter inputs to the task, as
other very similar uv FITS files load just fine. The file above also 
loads into DIFMAP with no problems. This particular file was written by 
AIPS with FITTP in 2007.

Any insight you may have would be appreciated,
