There should be a link file in your $SYSLOCAL area which should be in your $PATH
after you have sourced the LOGIN.CSH.  

echo $PATH
echo $SYSLOCAL

if the 2nd is blank

$CDTST

echo $SYSLOCAL

cd $SYSLOCAL

ls -l 


These are all things I would try if I could sit in front of your computer.
