Hi,
I'm trying out multi-scale cleaning with AIPS 31DEC16 and noticed a bug when displaying the different scales interactively. For example: Assume I have 4 scales (i.e. fields). First, I select field 1, and a nice image is shown. Then I select field 2, and another nice image is shown. I select field 3 and a third nice image is shown. However. If I now select field 2 again, I get a different color scale compared to the first time I visited field 2. The difference seem to depend on the previous filed number, i.e. Going field 1->2 or 3->2 gives different results. Same for e.g. 2->3 or 4->3. I don't know which of the two options are correct, but it seems to be that when going down in field number (e.g. 3->2) the image is not as nice as when going up (e.g. 1->2). I guess this is only a display issue, but it's still nice to fix.
