Hi Sarah,

I suspect the "bad" IFs have rfi, so although VLBAPCOR is doing the right thing those IFs are not fixable.  What does the POSSM plot look like before VLBAPCOR?  You could also try VLBAMPCL which runs FRING on a single scan instead of PCCOR.
