I am at a loss - one thing to try I suppose.

Move $LOAD/CLCOR.EXE to some harmless name and run a MNJ to get
a new copy.  Perhaps something is wrong in the load module.  I do note
that you have about 3x the number of records in the CL table but
I guess that is a parameter in FITLD I ignored.
