I am afraid that I have to report that it works fine under Fedora 25 in 
a virtual machine on my computer.  Both CCRES and IMAGR with your data 
and inputs ran flawlessly - no NaNs.  I wonder if there was some error 
in the Fedora 25 installation in Leiden.  The ldd listings here and from 
you look essentially identical.
